GTA IV Problems "Grand Theft Auto IV has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Hi,

I have the PC Version of this and having problems with this game, only a few days ago I was able to fire up and play as normal. I've tried doing a clean install of the game and I get the same error. Anyway around this?

My General System Specs.

Intel I5 750
4 Gig Of Ram
Nvidia 465

All Drivers are fully up to date
