Download Issues from the start

Straight from Direct2Drive, I downloaded Comrade and then downloaded Bioshock through Comrade. I downloaded a huge 5-6 gb zip files. D2D support says that Comrade/Download manager is supposed to unzip files. However when I unzip it into another folder, I get the same exact list of files from the winrar zip file.

There are multiple .exe files and I don't know what to do!

Run setup.exe and turn off 'Hide file extensions for known file types' in folder options.

BSAutorun loads the Autorun which brings up a selection menu.
