My current biggest complaint! (W)AIT is broken.

(W)ait is broken. Wait should mean "put at the END" of the entire queue, not one or a few later. It is SO time consuming and annoying to have units waiting 20 times a turn.

hmm. One of the reasons I stopped using Wait is because I thought it didn't work at all. Perhaps what you've described is why I didn't think it worked.
Civ V = funish game but way too many balance issues and glitches - Not professional at all.
