Has anyone had any recent success with this strat? I was wondering if its still viable. I've given it a few go's on prince but haven't had much luck. I keep falling behind on tech and can't seem to earn money fast enough to take puppets early enough. I was trying mongolia since I could take a couple CS puppets early but it just wasn't working. Maybe better choices would be Germany for the free troops or Songhai for the quick easy money?

with Germany u shuld be focusing on getting to civil service asap

once there u can spam Landskect for a while

That might work to just rush civil service, plus thatd open up patronage nice and early too. LKs are nice and cheap so the gold shouldn't be a huge issue with them. Maybe ill give that a go. I don't think this one city infinite puppet sprawl is exactly easy but I just thought it might be a fun new way to win for me so now I wanna try it.

It's fun when they build cities all around their capital, and then you conquer/puppet them all and watch your culture surround their capital.

I have had to remove SEVERAL grotesque images in this thread. I'm going to remind everyone here that this forum is PG-13, and the image rules preclude posting images of oral cancer, flayed phrenology and other photos in threads.
