Bioshock 2 glitch?

I asked this on severall forums but no one seems to have an answer so I thought I'd ask here. There has been severall times where the audio on the tape recording and radio messages stop wroking and I have to restart the game to get them to work. I can still hear Splicers talk and everything else though. Also there have been severall times when i put down a Little Sister to gather Adam, no Splicers attack. This only seems to happen in Siren Alley. Has anyone else experienced this, particularly on the PS3 version? I've allready taken back one copy because it had the same problems. Also my other games work fine on my PS3 so I don't think it's the system (at least I hope not).
