Bioshock run correctly with X360 PAD

well my first problem is the keyboard ocmmand in game are setting like US keyboard and the problem is when i try by example to change from a playable setting its says W or some others that is already reserved unless i change the desired letters and like this way its unplayable this way except with my X360 controller but the soft of the controller may freeze some of my others games so...

my second is a crash in the area of Medical Pavillon (the 2nd area in game)after hacked a camera and obtain fire plasmid and try to shot the ice its chrash after ctrl+alt+del the desktop appear in like with no colour all icons are ugly and i muss quick restart without close windows normaly (seems its a nvidia beta driver problem so)but no problem on graphic card after reboot i do performance test like 3D mark 03

well thxs for hearding or/and give me asnwer to what to do as you can see im not really fine with english so if you can simplify the answer
