How has anyone really even had enough time to play the game yet to know what their favorite is?
Well it has been out for 3-4 weeks now, and some may vote for favs from
Civ4 which has been out for way longer.

Arabia, but not because I think they're better, just because I like being the underdog. HAARUUUUUUUN ALLL RASHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID
There's no reason to pick Arabia when you could pick a civ more suited for ICS, and there's no reason to pick Arabia when you could pick a civ more suited for Cultural victories.
Many other Civilizations such as China, Napoleon, Siam, suit ICS better.
Gandhi EASILY suits cultural victories better.
No reason to pick Arabia.

Eh, Aradia is great at getting gold though. They can pretty much choose what victory they want to go for, if you're playing them right.
The same 'runtime terminated' that people are getting. But it affects my new saves as well. I know I am not the only one but 2k Greg's comments do not show that he is aware of it.
However, I sent them a zip file of my save. No response yet.

They get 1 extra gold per city, and get to trade resources to greedy AI

Hey, peoples viewing vote and post. This means vote then post why you picked what you choose.
I voted for India because:
- Ghandi's trait is something new and distintive among the others.
- Elephants are epic.
Difficult choice: Arabia surely is an interesting faction to play in Civ5.
My "up!" contribute.
I have always asked you to post your vote, so now it is my turn.
I picked India becease I haven't played either yet and randomly picked one.
