Can I install Mafia 2 on Windows 7?

Hi everyone..please help me. I just buy Mafia 2. After I finish install it, I just double click to the Mafia 2 icon on desktop. My screen turn to blank. I thought maybe the game is running now. But it return to desktop with orange color. Just like my screen broke. When I restart my laptop it turn to normal..That mean I cannot play Mafia 2 on my laptop? My laptop requirement is 64-bit, intel i5, Directx11.....anyone here can help me?
