    Terrain Improvement

    Hill +33 , Forest +25 , plains -33
Things can be improve if a system can be introduced via different units work different on different place.

For example if a horseman attack a unit on plain the horseman get attack bonus . or like if archer attack from a hill , it get attack bonus. Likewise if archer/spearman attack enemy in the forest its attack drop.

If such system can be implement i think the game will be much more fun rather than ppl just place theirs units all on the hill . What do you think?

Well, I like the idea, but I don't think it will (or should) be implemented into the core game - I'd rather prefer it as a mod.

The attempted focus of Civ 5's fighting system seems to be about having lots of simple factors influencing everything.
Wonders, policies, terrain - those are all single, independent factors that can easily be calculated. Increasing the complexity of terrain advantages might be contrary to Civ 5's gameplay streamlining.

Another similar thing I was thinking bout: Reducing / Increasing the attack range of units based on the terrain they are on (and maybe their enemies are on)
But I fear with a current range of 2 for most units, altering this number by only 1 into any direction would be too powerful
