Work Boat AI gets caught in a loop
I have seen this behavior 3 times so it is time to report it. When I create a Work Boat and set it to automatically build and there is more than one place for it to go, it doesn't go to any of them. What it seems to go is start to go to one and then the next turn, changes its mind and and goes to another and then back again to the first one on the following turn. It gets caught in a hopeless loop of indecision.
Anybody else seeing this?
Sounds like someone reversed a sign in the decision calculation.

Probably a proximity variable that is overpowering the rest of the routine.
Just a little tweak ought to fix it.
