Game APPCRASHing to desktop on large/huge maps

6GB Triple Channel ram
ASUS EAH4870 DK 1G
1.2TB Raid 0 sata2 array (250 GB free)
Vista Ultimate 64 bit

I have all of the latest drivers installed for all hardware (went through and checked today).

The game doesn't crash until late game (1900-2000AD). Checked GPU temp, very low. I can play through standard and smaller maps fine.

You are not alone. I have the same problem. I tried 5 different PC and get the same thing, using saved games.
