www.dafont.com and look under Retro. There's a few of em.
IIRC, the font's name is Futura.

I'm not sure. I think, based on the shape of the "S" character, that it's Century Gothic.

That was vague so I'll clarify, since I can't edit:
The Bioshock logo is in Century Gothic, although it looks like they altered the 'B' a little bit.
The Cult of Rapture header on the website is Avenida.
