City state allied not provide resources from second city

I helped my militairy city state allied to capture a Roman city, They now got the recources I need, but after two turns after the victory no resorces are provided. Must be a bug, in my opinion.

Not this one, it got one extra city. I think you refere to single city challenge where all extra cities is razed.

if they manage to capture a capital, you only get the resources from the default citystate city. the captured cap just acts as an extra city for the citystate.
