    Question Setup Start Locations

    Is there anyway to pick and choose where you start off on a map when beginning a new game? For example, if I was Rome, would I be able to choose to start off my Civ in the North American region?

    The only option i've seen in the game creation settings is to not have your starting city automatically in a useful spot. I've never used that setting and doubt i ever will.
