    Game Sucks? Debatin' Time

I hate this game. It's like the whole game itself was an afterthought. Good plot, but the gameplay seems to be an after thought in the matter. AI is retarted as well.

The first chapter was somewhat enjoyable, but from there it's all trash. The opening sequence wasn't really all that fun, and the battle with The Darkness was incredibly bad. I bought it for 60 bucks because it got decent reviews and seemed very interesting, but damn did it suck. Mike Patton did an excellent job, though.

i thought this game was fun. kinda short and doin those good deeds got annoying at times.

i think the best thing about this game is Mike Patton's voice, he did an xcellent job IMO.

    the multiplayer blows..

I thoroughly enjoyed Biosohock for a multitude of reasons.

The high quality of general development left me unable to draw equal comparisons in todays rather ... dumbed down ... Killzone purchasing market.

I also really enjoyed the plot up to and including Fontaine, but definitely feel that it was not the high point of the game.

AI wise, sure ... not great, but the game was about alot more than that.

It was about atmosphere, tension ... and character depth for people you never even meet.

This game brings a much needed dose of Quality to a time in video gaming when we have releases like Just Cause and Oblivion dominating the market.

That said, i'm sorry you didn't enjoy the game as much as me ... Obviously you must be happier with your various Blasty-Exploadey-Quake Clones and you will never find me on their forums, complaining about their game

The game is good if your a Xbox 360 Achievement ☺☺☺☺☺ such as myself. I bought it from EBGames, played it to death, then returned it within the 14 days and got my full $60 back in EBGames credit, which I'll use to buy a better game.

Yah, I think he saw the title in the main forum list for 2K and assumed it was a Bioshock rant thread.

Anyway, shame The Darkness sucks so bad, a mate has been hanging out for it and will no doubt be disappointed. I will try to convince him to get Bioshock instead.

Why did you all buy it if it wasn't your type of game. If you read on the back of the case it said minimum requirements : 2 brain cells.
