I would assume starting with a yellow diving suit(or anything that looks rubbery), and then applying browns, greens, dark yellows(paint) to making it look weathered. The helmet I'm sure can be constructed out of a helmet that you already have. Honestly, a suit would take about two thousand dollars, and a months time to properly make. I don't know if a halfed one would look all too good. Just my 2 cents. Hope you get one together, though. That would be so cool.

ya it would be kool
but the only problem i see is graphing it onto my body and having the dive suit armored
