Can't "Choose Production" after mass city surrender [Bug]

So I was fighting a war with Arabia, started winning, and they mass surrendered their cities, I took em and made em puppets, now it asks to Choose Production before I end my turn, I click on the Choose Production button and nothing happens.

Any ideas?

There are loads of these threads already, one by myself.

This has happened to a lot of people it seems.

When cities are given over by a nation you can't take your next turn because of the stupid production button.

FFS Firaxis! How can you let something like this slip through, it's so obvious its unbelievable.
