Missing Oil graphic on Ocean tiles

I had no idea Oil resources could be on ocean tiles until I play a MP game, and they were telling me I had oil right next to my coastal cities.

I checked in the Strategic View, and sure enough, I had oil there.

Any one else got this issue?

I guess I do because I didn't know there was oil in the ocean? Will have to use the strat view more often I think until they fix it.

I'd give $100 to see the 2K Games Civ5 bug tracker...
