So I start off strong and conquer my continent. Then I get lazy and just kind of standing around kicking rocks. I finally send out a caravel as Napoleon pulls up at the city state next to me. A few turns later I have a larger picture. He's conquered the larger continent, murdered all city states over there, and is setting up on islands. He pulls up with a settler on the island above me, and rocks the city state Edinburgh from 1800 until the game ends. At no point does he take the city. He takes over everyone except one city from Catherine. I'm guessing he is a breast man. Napoleon, Catherine, and myself get involved in a 3 way. There is a lot of research and open border agreements. I have 0 military units. I'm almost to a cultural victory when the game ends. It took a minute to tab through and find what happened. A time victory. Hells yeah!
