I can't play when..

I can't play when I get in a lobby with a nub team, with no friends in my team, with decent/good opponents who spam Electro-Bolt + Crossbow + Grenade Launcher. If that happens, I will LITTERALLY suck, and most of the times I'll rage quit. You could say: well because you're a noob. Well I think that it's not that way because immediately after have rage-quitted I got into a match with all 50's and good players who were not spamming electro bolt or grenade launcher in ANY way.. And you know how I came? I came 40-1 , I came ☺☺☺☺ING 40-1, and this is what pisses me off because nowadays almost everybody is doing that EB+GL+CB ☺☺☺☺ and I have no idea in how countering them.. You may say: use telekinesis, it's simple as ☺☺☺☺. It is NOT. This would be the situation.. Somebody spams at me, I get the tube with telekinesis, an electrobolt arrives to me by the back, boom headshot, I die, I use the rez tonic and then boom a tube kills me back. So WTF, seriously what's wrong with it? Do somebody face this problem too? This has really become a pain to me to play in these situations! Please tell me >=[
