When will Worldbuilder be released?

I assume it will be through Steam client under download/tools when it is released. When?

There are many of us who are anxiously waiting for this to be released. It was the whole reason I purchased CiV 5 in the first place.

A couple of days ago 2K Greg said it will be "a day or two" before they release the mod tools because they are working out some bugs with it.

Thank you for the reply. I too, am waiting for it. Having customization tools will be the saving grace of this version of Civ. The sooner they can get those tools out, the sooner idle hands and minds will have something constructive to do instead of complain about whatever is rubbing them the wrong way. If they get them out before the weekend they will bring a lot of smiles.

I wouldn't expect to see the tools until early next week to the middle of next week. The reason being the game just released in a large portion of the world, despite being available in the US since Tuesday. They might have too much on their plate at the moment to push the tools out this weekend.

Well, I know they have a lot on their plate right now, but I'm expecting it today becauses that's what they said. I hope they are working weekends

They have beta testers who are uploading mods so it can't be that broken. Hell, I'll be happy with a bugged version for now as long as I can do something with it.
