Civ V default graphics setting

I am using a HD TV as my monitor and run my desktop at 1920x1080 when I start up the demo I get a blue screen from my tv.

I am guessing the tv doesn't like the default fullscreen settings.

I need to know the default settings for the demo so I can set my tv for that, boot up the game change the graphics to 1920x1080 or windowed mode and then reset the resolution on my tv back to 1920x1080.

If you can navigate to the Documents > My Games > Civilization V
Can you open the file DisplaySettingsDx?? ( the ?? will be either 9 or 11 depending on what mode you are launching the game at)
FullScreen = 1 change the 1 to a 0 save the file and then launch game. This will be in a windowed mode.
