yesterday and today i have been unable to get the game to launch black screen same error codes as everyone else basically. but now when i try to launch it on DX9 it says game is currently unavailable lol. hope that means somethings getting fixed?

The error message you are getting is "This game is currently unavailable" if so can try the suggestions from Steam for this error.

yes that is the error message working on the tips to fix it thanks. not sure what could have changed from when i went to bed last night and when i woke up lol

This folder is limited access folder, and req/ administrative rights to operate content.
Try to install steam to other places.
