After cinematic video I'm stuck at a black screen, I can hear the menu music fine. if I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete it brings up the Task Manager, and when I close it I'm at the game menu and it works fine.

So it's a minor irritation, but how can I prevent it? I'm running Vista 32-bit with recommended system requirements in DirectX 10.
