I can find in the civ help and in the manual. What are cooperations pacts and other?
Cooperation pacts increase your relations with the other civ. Of course the other civ has to accept your offer. Basically, it's just a way of saying "I want to befriend you".
and other pacts? i cant find it in manual or help - am i blind?
In the manual:
These are the pact of cooperation,Discuss
This button allows you to open up dialog on a variety of topics. Depending upon circumstances
you may do any of the following. The leader’s response will depend upon his or her
relations with you and their own self-interest.
• Ask the leader to work together.
• Ask the leader to work against another civilization.
• Ask the leader to go to war against another civ.
• Request that the leader not build any more new cities near you.
Pact of secrecy,
Declare war on so and so,
and "Don't build any cities near us."
This is what you were asking for, right?
Other pacts - other than these - basically just include open borders and all the old stuff, which you access from the trade screen, the ones I mentioned aren't in that screen but rather in the discuss screen or whatever (I think)
