Dx10/11 wont laod ...

Hi i just bought the game CIV5
when i try to start it in DX10/11
it just dont laod and write that windows cant open that game ...

someone else having this trouble ?

My computer is
2duo core 3.00ghz
4g ram
vista 64bits
Asus EAH5770

I didn't see an option to run DX10 or 11. I can run DX10 on my system with no sweat (it handles Age Of Conan DX10 without a problem) but when I go to launch Civ 5, the only options I have are CIV 5 and CIV 5 DIRECTX 9. Further, I cannot select an anti-aliasing level. It's greyed-out.

If you graphics card does not support DX10/11 you need to run the DX9 version, regardless of OS.

It's some sort of glitch. I'm having the same problem with a videocard that supports DX11 no problem. It simply won't recognize that I have the equipment to do it, as it is with several other people I've talked to.
