Black Screen at startup

Hi,
I click on the icon i see the box with the three guys on it and then the screen goes black and nothing .
I am not alone in having this bug, many people are deferred the problem.

Already done:
- Updating my drivers on the sites of manufacturers
- Check my screen
- Started the game in windowed mode
- Started the game in administrator mode
- Restart my pc
- All other games work (MW2, ANNO 1404, Far Cry 2 ...)

My config:
Microsoft Windows 64 Bit Ultimate Edition Seven
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 (67nm)
MSI P35 Platinum
Asus ATI Radeon 5780 Series

What driver versions are you using?

The latest ATI driver is 10.9.

Install all the game's redistributables.

And install the latest service pack and patches for Vista.

i have the exact same probleme and i already tried every solutions that i saw on several forums...

i'm still looking for the right answer

too bad i can't play yet
