I agree with fluffy-rabbid, well just for the MP actually. The SP is fine as is. Some new stuff for the MP would be cool, but we don't really need it. I'm learning new things about this game all the time and coming up with new strategies.
One of my newer ones: I use incinerate and ammo cap machine gun, I know what you're thinking "what a noob combo, that will never work" but here's why it does, everyone either uses supper short range weapons like the SG and Damage up NG or long range weapons like the EG and CB, so I figure that being the only one using mid-range tactics should work in my favor so long as I make sure to stay at just the right range, it works. Or how vanilla CB with research is a two body shot kill that works pretty well. Just things like that, little tid-bits you may not have ever considered.
Instead of new DLC's, I'd rather they worked on improving the multiplayer as it is now, like Paladin said. There are like four or fives things that I really think should be fixed, even if they don't plan to release anymore new content.

I really feel like there needs to be more single player DLC, since a lot of people bought the game for that, not the MP, and all they got was Minerva's Den, and challenges which were not really asked for (though I love them, just saying).
I'd be all over new MP stuff... IF... they fixed all the problems with it first. And I feel like they should find a way to just, you know, change the achievements. Make it so you can earn them in private matches as well. It's not a solution to being able to play the maps, but it definitely solves the rage of completionists.
I want new weapons and plasmids for MP! and of course Rapture Metro to be fixed.. I wouldn't mind another SP dlc too. Minerva's Den was all kinds of win

i agree there should be more multiplayer stuff, though i don't have the money to get minerva's den(i want it so bad) so i can't really say anything about single player DLCs.
More masks, maybe new upgrades, patches on guns, make the Rapture Metro map pack free so there are more people playing on it or make a game type with it. Stuff like this would be cool, oh and new tonics cause honestly i don't think there is a single person that uses deadly machines
Also more Rebirth features. Like you can rebirth again and at the end you get a golden machine gun or pistol
If there is new dlc it should come coupled with some fixes.
Like rebirth fix for pc and ps3 since xbox already has it
and other fixes like the lag and disconnecting/team issues

A Big Sister should be added dammit!! It would be great in a CTS match Big daddy defending while the opposing team having someone as a Big Sister for capturing. Now that's EPIC
I rather like them to improve the existing MP, like Host migration and a playlist for the new maps. For Xbox 360 i think the lag is almost disepered! I am not in any need of new maps, because i have hardly played Rapture metro map pack yet!
For me the most important is playlist for the new maps! /Johan
