Military base i guess.. but thats only if 'normal' zombies are around... but ones that can run and/or carry guns...
Then I would lock myself home, play bioshock 2 until zombies break in and hold them off with my butter knife

those guns are a little over kill you can get a regular 30/30 rifle with the red tip explosive rounds very cheap and its legal lol zombies would never stand a chance with that gun or those bullets and shaun of the dead rocks

Gather up family and town survivors.

Find weapons, necessities (food, water, clothes, shelter), transportation.

Split professions into groups (cooking, patrol, medic).

Have patrolling security.

Upgrade weapons from then, Dead Rising style and armor Vehicles with guns A-Team style.

Take back town neighborhood by neighborhood, contact other survivors.

Basically, what the jews did during World War II... hold up in camps, live almost peacefully, defend from the Nazi's...

I'm going back to Corpus with my friends who've also read this book to live in another friends apartment on the second story. Well make a small farm on the roof for food and destroy the stairs so the unF*CKNGdead can't get to us.

Plus, well blast the all important A7X, TDWP, and whatever else we feel like 24/7.

It'll be f*cking awesome.

You know, until they nuke us as a last ditch effort to clear out the infection. That'll suck

AA-12: Great, I have to reload and I fired for two seconds.

RPG: Does nothing against zombies. You'll only make them crawl towards you instead of walk.

AK-47: If you're a good shot, use semi-auto, and aim for the head, you'll do good with this one

An Apache: Good for escaping/transporting and maybe a firebomb run (if you want to risk burning your base down), but nothing else.

Slice of cake: The cake is a lie

Nope. Even if you completely destroy their bodies, but their head remains intact, then you've only succeeded in creating a zombie mine.

Haha I know, but an AA-12 is overkill and WILL get you killed if you fire more than one shot at a zombie or if you unload the whole clip into its torso

No, I haven't. A combat shotgun would be good solely for it's damage and the fact it was made for killing people. Plus with its ability to fire multiple shots off in quick succession you could easily clear a room full of zombies in a few seconds while only using a few shells.

Why get to complicated? Get as close to the combat shotgun I gave a link to as I can, get a couple silenced M9s, a silencer for that shotgun, some trench spikes, and you're good to go

They're perfect for CQB with zombies IMO. A quick swinging punch to the face with the brass knuckles, then a quick, backwards moving stab through the skull and that's one less zombies.

Pull it out and you're ready to slay some more.

Plus, you have two of them haha

To top it up, and add to the fun, get a minigun
If you can manage to find an apache, and a pilot, do a quick fly by for some booms, and then get the hell outa there before someone decides to nuke you

Now, i will carry it in a car or something, find a good place to spend the next few weeks or so, stock up on ammo, and battery rechargers , and mount it on something reasonably solid...
