Bioshock VS Fans Battles Rnd 3 Match 1 AND Announcement!!!

Ok folks,I'm beginning this round with an announcement:

For round 3 I WILL do Fan VS Fan battles to spice things up....

HOWEVER...don't get TOO excited...

Here's how things will play out: To be FAIR,all Votes for Fan VS Fan matches WILL be cast in relation to how well a person knows either fan/forum member and NOT in relation to any favoritetism or whathaveyou of how cool and/or awesome a person thinks one of the competitors is.

An example of this would be: ''I'm voting for (name here) because he was cool for doing this or that!! '' <---Again,Votes cast in this manner are what is NOT allowed. This is only to be FAIR and JUST!''

AND! If things get ugly and/or out of hand,or if the number of votes do not end up too high(in other words NOT higher than oh say,16 or so. In other words I would like for the total votes to end up being as high as at least 20) like they have been lately,I will end the tournament and move on to something else!!

With that,let's get to the match!!

Today's match is: Tenenbaum(Bioshock character) Vs Sinclair Saucer(Fan/Forum Member)

it won't stay fan VS fan for too long,and the rule is just to be fair,plus....in case you haven't noticed,some of the matches in round 2 ended with not a whole lot of votes...so I have decided I might end the tournment if the votes don't increase for round 3,which so far it seems to be,increasing that is
