During the 40/50s era the FBI are nowhere to be seen but yet they seem to know everything about the mafia and by the time chapter15 comes up, leo tells them that vitos messed up bad and now they're being investigated by the FBI. Maybe henry really was a FBI agent that had infiltrated the ranks of the mob and reporting back to them everything he knew about the three families in empirebay. How else would they find out so much without an inside man?

To me it sounds like Leo/mafia commision are saying that the FBI would have never investigated the mob if it weren't for vitos actions, but actually it was henry this whole time reporting back to his superiors and if he would've lived.. everybody that was in the mob would have been brought down and eventually vito would have turned into a rat and then 20/30 yrs later we'd be playing a new guy in the 70s and whacking him. hows that for irony .

Do you know the differents between a informant and a undercover agent???Henry was not a FBI agent he dnt have another identity and he was a mobster just like Tommy except he was giving the FEDS Tips and information while still being involve.The Feds knew so much because of Frankie Potts and half of the mobsters have criminal records.
