    Wanted Posters?

    Huge questions about the wanted posters:

    Are the wanted posters mimicked after people who worked on this game?
    Are they of real people from that time?
    Or are they just made up?

    Me and a friend got into an argument about it. He thinks they were actual people (yea i know, hes a dumbass). Can anyone clarify?
