    SUPER-CHARGING for Derek

    Hi,

Love this game, it's so good (better than GTA IV in my humble opinion).

Anyway, where can I super-charge cars to sell to Derek? Most shops dont let me upgrade past lvl 2 tuning.

    Thanks in advance!

I think you can only super-charge on the DLC The Betrayal of Jimmy as i couldnt super-charge and vehicles on the story except for the car i got in a mission. I could be wrong though

Yes you can super charge vehicles in the "50's" part of the game. The 40's part cuts the customization in half!

My friend, are you feeling alright? It's for every version!

Which garage do you go to to ge it done? Do you need specific cars? Not every garage will do it (I'm in 50s era, have finished game, and on PS3).

i FINALLY figured out how to do the custom paints (ps3).

You have to have the DLC installed! Then it works - it's pretty cool!!

Bull****, how come they only unlocked that dlc for ps3.

I´m going to kill them if they expect pc players to pay for it.

The Ps3 version "sucked big time" according to other sources, and is so why they got dlc with the game.

    not really...

when people say a game sucks, it sounds like they are criticizing the frame rate, screen tearing, etc. Honesly, i haven't had any issues on the PS3 version...

if you want to say a game SUCKS because of minor graphical differences (grass, blood, cloths, etc) go ahead, but I'd take more gameplay options (hours of DLC and car customization) over grass and blood any day

it may be nice to look at, but it doesn't add anything to the game other than serving as eye candy

Like i said, other sources, iv'e read that the ps3 version was highly inferior to that of the 360 and even pc. thats why they recieved dlc. & it's fine 360 is getting thier dlc next week...

^Oh well, a minor price to pay for owning a superior gaming console.

But this isnt the thread to start a fanboy war, so I digress.

It's not necessary to bring supercharged cars!

    You may bring these:
    Lassiter Series 75 Hillwood - $2585
    Ascot Bailey - $2497.50
    Shubert Frigate - $1750
    Smith Thunderbolt - $1350
