This dont work perfect (there is no shops where we can go in and buy a gun) but good part is that we can choose day time and summer/winter

First of all, all the stores work. You can buy everything, garage full of cars. Stores just don't show up on the map as if you haven't been there before. So yes, you can buy guns.

And if you have the Digital Deluxe version, you have a map in pdf format (I donno how it works with hard copy so I`m not gna uttery any facts or theories in that respect) use that as reference to go to the shops so that they`ll show up on your in-game map when you get close to them

there is a way to open a console made or something like that. i dont know if that its permitted to put it here so ill avoid to put a link. but search google, its easy to find.
