Player spawns under the ground and falls through open space

same even on mac native version i have has the same problem maybe just download a save after tht mission nothing else i tried worked really cross

wtf,, same error here on ps3, when i almost finished level 14 on hard; after a lot of patience, it is a very long and difficult level. the game loads .. joe needs to get to a doctor and there s vito floating in grey under and above the city.. can't finish the game. So 2 years later after the first post still nothing done about this error ???
if there is no solution it is the last time i bought a game from these creators...

I just bought the Mafia 2 game for my xbox, and in the beginning of chapter 2 - the place where I get my newly stolen car painted, then meet a guy at his junkyard, then go somewhere - so when I'm driving there, I'm falling to infinity... I HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED THIS GAME PROPERLY! I really hope these guys will fix this issue VERY SOON. I completed the first Mafia several times and loved it, but now with this simple bug, I just hate this game...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
