I was cruising around attempting to create my own "Free Ride" experience... (when you're supposed to go kill Falcone) I headed over northeast to "The Dragstrip" bar near where you have a shootout with the greasers... I was surprised when I found both a Walter Hot Rod and some Smith rat rod. You can't save your garage with them... but you can tune them... got the Walter up to 147 MPH on a bridge. If you bought this game for the driving... you'll certainly need to check this out.

Ah nvm I found it, I remember it being on a long and sleek left turn road leading out of town, so I checked all of them xD
Didnt find it in the Dragon chapter, I`ll simply look in other chapters as well

Ok this isnt fun, even in the last mission, the cars are still not there.
seems to be some diffrerences in the chapters
for one you can play without the cops/gangsters hassling you in chapter14 so long as you dont get in the red car to go and kill the old guy.
