Official Ending Discussion Thread SPOILERS

There are a lot of threads around here discussing the ending and I think it'd be more organized if we dedicated one thread to discussion of the ending. Did you like it, did you not, etc. etc.




Personally I thought it was a fitting end. It really shows how horrible Mafia Life can be, sometimes things are just out of your control, and there is no way around it. There is no such thing as a happy ending in the Mafia. No matter what someone does or what they live through, someone could always be there to snuff them out and it's not in your hands. I thought it was a great way to conclude the game, It's a cold world, sometimes there are things you just can't control. That's part of the life they chose and I think when Vito finds out Joe is gonna die, he realizes it too and admits it to himself.
