Really annoying bug

Hi,

i play the PC Version and i have a uber bug..
after i started the game and began the story mode all was fine
about 5 mins of gameing "i was driving with that fat guy >_<"
i screen got this Heartbeat screen "low of health".
i won't recover my health and it makes it unplayelble...
i die after i crash a car or hit the wall, even when i get hit with a punch in my face.. i instanly die.... i can't hear the voices because of this hearbeat..
i restarted the sorty about 4 times and after 5 mins i get the hearbeat screen..

That's a DRM trigger, buy the game instead of pirating it.....
