Activating on non-internet comp

Hello,

I would just so buy this game immediately if I could activate on a non-internet connected computer.

My work computer has internet access....

Will the "Manual Activation" allow me to do this?

No, it wouldn't. For two reasons:

1) You would still be able connect to the internet for verifying your activation coide.

2)
You're probably not the admin on your work computer. Thus, you can't download anything to it, since Bioshock needs you to to be the admin of your computer in order for you to download it.

However, there maybe is an option:
Do your own computer have a network card? If so, just switch the cable from your work computer to your ordinary computer...
