Where is the GFWL DLC

Where is the Protector Trials for the PC? It came out on xbox like 9 hours ago. And there is no mention of it coming out today here.

Will they release the DLC later on GFWL? Because if that's true then I'm going to be really dissapointed..
They said from te beginning that GFWL DLC will come today too!

But that's due to region updating.. Not every region updates the same time I guess.. And atleast the PS3 is MENTIONED in the article that it came out today.. so there's hope for you!
