Why dont i have a gold medal?

Hi, i've beaten the game on all levels with all characters but..

I dont seem to have a gold coin with the English/culture

Do it again, or play online for some real competition

its not about who you use, its about who you beat, the only way to get gold is to beat it on deity..

so if you want econmic win, and you missing lets say germany, you must beat Germany on eco win, so every deity game you should get 4 golden places

Where did you get this crazy idea? This isn't true at all. Those medals are for winning with a civ, not for beating a civ.

Probably for whatever reason the game data didn't save and he'll just have to do a culture victory with England again.

I’m with HGB on this. I think it reflects who you have beaten and at what level.

Nope, only in your hall of fame, not the civ selection screen as showed.
As I said : just do the win again

The color of the head depends on what level did you beat this leader. The small circles under with types of victories depend on your wins using the same leader.

as far as i know.. and this is how i got the others.

If you win on that difficulty using the country then you get a gold circle.

When you beat all difficulties with that country and the same type of win then it goes gold in the background.

come on, one of you should have an answer.
