Thanks for that! Gorgeous screens and a stack of new info. I like the bit about AI's having head-tracking technology so they actually look around at points of intrest and even comment on what they see ...

I lol'd at the lowest right one...halo dose not have "fine" or "smooth" aiming not with the dead center setup to be overly sensitive on the edges its like playing with most dual shock controllers lose and overly sensitive and a pain to make precise aims with.

BioShock's enemies think before they shoot

    I need to believe that.

After reading the description on how you harvest the LS, I think that's actually more grizzly than getting to shoot them with a gun.

Indeed. Often, what don't see is more disturbing than what you do. The imagination should not be underrated.

I just wish the last two Aliens movies (4 and AvP) remembered that.

The way you harvest the LS is actually quite grizzly. You pull them off screen and you hear screams and gushy noises. Then your hands return to screen with blood and some organ in them.

    That sounds nasty...

ok, i picked up a few things from that.

1: big daddies glow red eyes (used to be blue)
2: there are 3 big daddies per area (ie: 21 BDs in the game)
3: there is going to be a Bioshock 2.

  23. #23
When I read that he said there was going to be a bioshock 2, it made me feel so happy. Even though Bioshock hasn't come out yet. Heh.

Cool, I just hope the pics and videos will be avalaible soon after that without watermarks.

TrekTek, yes it's great to hear (I mean read, whatever... ) but the devs already mentioned that it's a good possibility earlier. Oh, and good to see an other Star Trek fan too.

Wow, this is a big update. But it's a good news - bad news thing for me. Good because I love the game and bad 'cause now I've got to write a damn long news article about this, again. Seems to be a long night, again... (It's 7pm here.)

The Rapture is some sort of christian reference to where at one point...everyone is transported to heaven to be with jesus? Here:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapture

It's clever due to this Rapture of the Deep condition as well

nitrogen narcosis or rapture of the deep
    n. A condition of confusion or stupor resulting from increased levels of dissolved nitrogen in the blood, as that occurring in deep-sea divers breathing air under high pressure.

One more thing I need to be cleared. The blue line on the HUD pictures is for Eve, right? And how can I get more of it or is it just recharging after a short time?

Thanks for the info too. So, with the Adam I can buy plasmids. Plasmids work with Eve. And I get that from hypos and from stations for money, right? And the Gene Tonics can be bought from the Gene Banks or found laying around, and they are permanent upgrades. Finally, I've understood all of this.
