    Gamer, or really good???

Ok, so one of my Friends got to Level 36 on BS2 Multiplayer and beat the Story Mode on the hardest difficulty with Vita-Chambers off in 3 days. Gamer, or just really good??

(I didn't know what to put this thread under because it covered Multiplayer as well as Story Mode so I put it in Multiplayer. Feel free to move it to it's correct spot.)

I meant 36 srry, but accomplishing all of that in three days when he just got the game and has never played until then, I think that's pretty good.

My first playthrough for this game, I did just that. Hard and no vita chambers. SP's pretty short and there are so many ways to cheese thru the SP (Decoy anyone?) that it's pretty easy to do that. Either way, there's still the option of save and reload whenever things get a little bit tough.

On my new account, it took me around 2 hours/15 civil war matches to get to level 11. I was averaging around 950 adam per game. I'd say it would take around 10 hours to get to 36. Even faster if I can actually play on SotF since that gamemode goes by faster. My adam per game would drop but I would be able to play more games and earn more adam in less time.

Finishing the SP with those requirements and getting to lvl 36 in the MP's not jaw-dropping. He must've found the game really addicting and have played thru it ALOT during those 3 days. But I still have to say that I'm impressed - assuming that he's a new player and he didn't boost in the MP. He must pick things up really quickly and/or have researched the game mechanics extensively before playing.

Btw, If you can extract his gametime and adampergame stats from him that would make it easier for us to gauge how much of a "gamer" he is.

I'll see what I can do, if I find it I'll post As soon as possible, which will probably be tommarrow.

Btw, he picks up things pretty damn fast, you should have seen him when MW2 first came out...and I know this is extremely off topic but one of his friends has somewhere close to 100 days played on MW2

No offense, but MW2's pretty casual and so is this. Heck I'll say that the learning curve for this game's harder than MW2 since this one doesn't have a precedent. Early on, most people went in BS2 blind, not knowing how the plasmids/weapon upgrades/tonics would affect gameplay in a pvp setting. For MW2, you can use MW1 as a reference point on how to play it. So meh.

Hard with no vita-chambers wasn't really that difficult.

agreed, i burned through story mode on hardest difficulty with no vita chambers in around 2 hours, but u could argue i raped bioshock 1 so had a jist of what to expect and preferred usin plasmid and weapons not switchin between the two like bioshock 1.

Survivor Mode with no vita-chambers on BS1 wasn't that difficult either. It was a bit in the beginning, especially Neptunes Bounty where you first encounter the Rosies. Other than that, it didn't take me very long.

it was that first bouncer daddy in the first game that had me frustrated on hardest settin

lol yeah i remember in paupers drop theres that one room that has a door locked in the inside well i harvested the last sister and i checked the room out and found there was no way to get in there. So i ran in there to hold my defense from the big sister i'm looking for her out the window and bam from behind there she was killing me. Needless to say that strategy didn't work out.
