I love when Naledi yells, "BASTARD!!!" in her transatlantic accent. She's my favorite character.
Buck is pretty hilarious when he screams, "GET OFF MY PROPERTY!!!"
But Barbara is priceless when she says, "No, we cannot keep it!!!"
I love Buck and his Gold Club.
And when he says :
"And oh yeah, you're fired!"
or
"Not a skilled negotiator."

Most definitely Barbara, she has obviously lost all grasp on reality and views Rapture around her in her own way associating it with things she is familiar with, the enemy are misbehaving children, the Big Daddy is a dog and so on (sorta like how the little sisters see things in the SP mode)
Then there is Oscar, "The only black man in Rapture" pre-equal rights movement, if you pay attention, when he gets killed (or maybe when they take a photo of him, can't remember), the other splicers make racial slurs towards him... I was a bit shocked when I first noticed, but laugh every time cause nobody else seems to notice! I love the fact that 2K kept true to the time frame despite modern social conventions and political correctness.
i've always loved/had a thing for Blanche. Although its the same with Barbara..
i love the things Naledi says xD
is that when buck will say, "if we're all equal, how come you're dead?"?
Naledi says some classic stuff, at some point I keep hearing her say something like,
"Things nearly went tits up mate"
Always makes me giggle!

Aaah come on am i the only one who voted for suresh. Oh Well.
I like the line where he says something like "The vigor of Shangri Lai protects me."

I don´t have a specific favourite, i use to change characters now and then. But my top 3 are Naledi, Mille, and Suresh! But i like all of them. I like when Naledi says: " Tits up eigh" and "so the mean girl snap ya haha"
And Suresh lines "This is not your world"
Zigo has some funny lines to: "You bring evil on us all!" and " If i where you i´d stay dead you bastard!"
I use to play with Barbara to, and once she said a line i have never heard her say. Not before and not since! It was something like " I told the kids that you run away! " /Johan

I always get a chuckle when Barbara says "I'll use your body for mulch in the garden." or "I suppose I have to clean this up!".
When it comes to appearances though, I think Blanche is by far the most terrifying and visually interesting splicer. Her creepy steel-stitched smile is so horrifying! She sort of makes me uncomfortable...

But I have to say Barbara is by far the funniest character!

he and blanche are deffinately my favorite characters.
oscar is so friggin classy, and blanche: well, blanche is french! enough said.
Agree, she´s diabolic! But she is a favourite
For me it sounds like " The demon of an angry larva protects me" haha
I'd say Oscar, purely because he has a Cricket bat (Cricket is an awesome sport, and him using the bat as a weapon reminds me of Shaun of the Dead
In terms of what they say, I'd say either Jacob or Louie
"Y'all ready? It's gonna get wild in here."

Buck's my overall favorite. Barbara is my favorite female.

I loooooooooove Buck, he's classic. I'm really surprised at how badly Danny is doing since so many people use him online.

Naledi has always been my favorite. I've played around with the other characters a bit while trying to get the Split Personality trial but Naledi still ranks as my number one. At first, I picked her because she seemed to be the most likable out of the bunch but eventually, I started to appreciate her personality and her beauty and her confidence and her go-getter attitude. She just grew on me.
At this point, I'm pretty sure I would name my future daughter after her.
Mile Blanche de Glace always has been, and always will be my favourite multiplayer character. If I ever made a clan, it would be required that we all play as Blanche, and use mostly Winter Blast
I like Louie the most but Oscar's lines make me laugh all the time
As I already said, Buck is my fav.
But my second is Oscar, because "sorry baby, but you were not invited !"
