well its never been seen. it was found in the files of bioshock 2 for pc

This is no secret video,this is actually in the game.If memory serves me right,this video plays on the Fontaine Futuristics level,its in the room where Delta was turned into a BD and where you find one of the ADAM plants.I definitely remember seeing it in the level,if its not here then i might be in Persephone in the Nursery.

It's located in the conversion chair where the final Meltzer diary is located. Then you walk down the hall and encounter him yourself.
