Alright, I was watching a video about BioShock one that was made not long after it was released. The devs in the video were, at one point, talking about how there was a level they were going to make, but had to scrap it because they didn't have enough time to go through with it: The Rapture Zoo. I think it would be great for a level in a story-expanding DLC. What do you all think?

I think this idea is too good to stick into a DLC. Should be part of a BS3!
So many things could be done with it, and some really gruesome stuff considering a conflict between Capitalist Rapture and animal welfare... ADAM and animals, maybe some splicers in the cages after the craziness set into the head zoo-keeper, things of that nature.
