There isn't a particular audio diary that shows evidence of Andrew Ryan cheating on Diane, it seems to be a story element that's left up to the player to deduce for themselves, but as far as audio diaries go, I think these will suffice...

I think he did. He must have slept with her at least 2 years before 1959 for Fontaine to get Jack. The trouble is I can't pin point when he started his relationship with Diane.
My friend showed me some of the features for Red Dead Redemption. It really is amazing. You can spend hours with limitless possibilities. One of the largest maps ive ever seen and the detailed environment/atmosphere strongly compares with Rapture. It's like grand theft auto but way better
I don't think Ryan was cheating on anyone. I don't think Ryan would enter into anything as limiting as marriage especially with a personality and ego as large as his. The posters in Rapture said "Ryan's Number One Girl Jasmine Jolene" which could imply he had more than one.
Red Dead is a good game.
Yes, but why would Diane McClintock settle as second fiddle to Jasmine Jolene? And if Ryan was having a sexual relationship with both Diane and Jasmine, wouldn't Diane have complained about Ryan's non-commitment to her in an audio diary?
