Looks ok as a pure action shooter. Has more in common with left4dead/Bioshock than anything else...
Again, as has been tirelessley reiterated here..
This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with X-com.

Again, why did you need to use X-com for this? This looks like exactly what I feared. You could have easily made this a generic something else. Of course the loyal fans for years will grumble and criticize this reboot... the wave of Bioshock and new fans will drown us out. Fallout RIP. X-COM RIP.
"Encounter," "Alien Unknown" or any other alien inspired title.
Yet to show me this is a worthy addition to X-com series.
