Okay, so this video was just a test for my new Dazzle capturing thing, so my performance on this video is horrible. This isn't how I normally play, but I thought I'd post a video since I'm excited about finally having Dazzle.
Two reasons of why I did fairly bad in this video...
A: I was playing in a much lower resolution than I'm used to...making it hard to see, and...
B: It was slightly laggy and...
C: I was just testing out the Dazzle, haha.

Anyways,it did look pretty pixelated and it was hard to see.I've seen some pretty decent quality out of some dazzles.You should experiment and see what works for you.

well apparently I got the most expensive version and it don't take hd cables unless those green blue and red cables can fit in the red white and yellow sockets
Hmm, hopefully it makes it so I can play on my TV with HD, because I had a hard time playing in 480p...it felt like I was playing Mario Kart 64.I've seen a vid somewhere that tells you how tomake a dazzle HD because I was going to get one or mabye you need a HD dazzle

Well, no. I meant that I was looking online for ways to get it in HD. I don't know how the green, blue, and red cables would work, considering it needs to be color-coded.
i have a video but its like 15 minutes long buts its really good lol so how would i post it. to long for youtube and its more then 2 gb

The only place I can think of is to try one of the many game file sharing sites.. I used to use one but I can't even bother to think of the name right now.
True, rendering makes all the difference the file that hauppauge gives me looks like crap if i just upload it to youtube. You have to render it to the right settings of what the video is captured in. For example i capture my videos in 720p i would have to render the video for the right dimensions and framerate for the video to look good on youtube or it'll look like crap
thing is we don't care what it looks like on youtube we just wanna be able to play in good quality while recording. it is really horrible playing in such crappy quality on hdtv
Exactly...I'm fine with the quality it's showing on YouTube, but I want better quality while I'm playing on my TV.
That's why I use my HAVA. It has a component pass through.. and broadcasts the signal over the network. Then I cap the stream via the software.
oh i use a tiny 21 inch hd tv while recording. its nice quality and well on a hd tv. i use composite cables lol. i use a dazzle.
Well i got my hauppauge and everything seems to be fine. butttt.... I got no sound, well I have sound on the haupauge but not my tv. and my tv don't seem to have anywhere to plug the sound cables on the componant cable into. wierd huh

Hey, I'm new to these forums and I thought I would share my multiplayer montage with you guys. I made this about a month ago using my HD PVR (very good quality). It was my first montage and edit ever, so don't pay too much attention to the editing. Any feedback would be appreciated.
