Vid Cap Contest Ended Early?

Why a new thread? Because it is a different topic, one involving questions about technical issues.
I went to the site to upload my newest video and I do not see a submit area:

The rules state:
4. Contest Period. The Contest Period starts at 12:01 AM ET on April 28, 2010, and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on June 7, 2010. Eligible videos may be uploaded to http://www.youtube.com/2kgames during the Contest Period. Eastern Time or “ET” is the local time zone for New York City in the United States.

That is one minute before midnight tonight... so why isn't there a submit button?
